You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage the marketing team, and collaborate closely with Sales, PR, and Product teams to align efforts. By analyzing market trends and campaign performance, you’ll refine tactics to boost reach and engagement. With a focus on innovation and brand growth, you’ll play a vital part in driving the company’s success and maintaining its competitive edge.
What you’ll do
Creating and executing the local marketing strategy in line with business goals and global direction.
Working with the Sales team to translate business plans into marketing activities that drive leads and customer engagement.
Align channel marketing communication strategies with ESET’s brand strategies.
Develop and execute marketing plans with channel partners, manage budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts in close collaboration with the channel sales team.
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and marketing budget expenditures.
Managing campaigns across digital and offline channels to ensure consistent messaging and effective budget use.
Planning and running demand generation programs, local events, trade shows, and PR initiatives.
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and HQ teams to align strategies, share insights, and adopt global best practices.
Managing external agencies and vendors, including RFPs, briefings, contracts, and performance reviews.
Acting as the first point of contact for local marketing matters and representing the company at industry events and with partners.
Monitoring campaign results and KPIs, analyzing trends and competitor activities, and reporting regularly to management.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within B2B environments, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Security technology experience is a plus
Experience coordinating and mentoring internal teams and external agencies, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
Hands-on experience planning and executing demand generation programs, local events, trade shows, and PR activities
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and HQ teams to align strategies and share insights
Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including RFPs, briefings, contracts, and performance evaluations
Skilled in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and reporting on KPIs
Commitment to continuously improving marketing processes, efficiency, and impact
Fluency in both English and Danish, written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
