The role:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Marketing, Retail & Ecommerce the key function of this highly collaborative role is to support integrated marketing programs and boost consumer engagement and conversion in the Retail/Ecommerce Channel.
The Customer Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, and bringing marketing initiatives to life across Retail and Ecommerce partners. This role is primarily focused on Oribe Hair Care, with occasional support for the other Kao Salon brands in the channel as needed (Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk).
We ask that you have strong project management, effective campaign execution and optimization, and a high level of expertise within the digital and performance marketing space. Experience with luxury brand content creation, asset management, and Sephora marketing is required.
