We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.
The Position / Overview
The Marketing Manager for Oncology, Tissue Diagnostics, and Sequencing leads and oversees the team, including Product Managers, and ensures the alignment of marketing strategies for these critical business areas with the broader organizational goals. This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager and is essential for creating demand and maximizing sales for the Dia portfolio.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs in the Healthcare & IVD industry. You will be an ambassador of the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach) leadership traits, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and Growth Mindset.
This role requires a proactive approach to KOL/Stakeholder management and expertise in collaborating with Pharma companies to generate high-value projects. You will share deep local market insights globally to ensure product development and marketing strategies support the local market.

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare departments (Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering), Business Administration, or related field in science/engineering.
Experienced leader with a minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry experience with a record of accomplishment in strategy development, leadership, people management, and project execution. Experience in oncology is a strong plus.
Demonstrated VACC leadership and leadership experience in managing and developing a team is required.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen, commercial understanding together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, good negotiation and influencing capabilities. Proficiency in analyzing market data and competitive activity.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is critical for effective communication with internal and external international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
An MBA, Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. A Master's degree in Marketing is highly preferred.
Sales experience is a plus.
Experience with C-level customer engagements and vision selling of Healthcare Solutions.
