SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and expand market share in the decorative and protective paint segments.
This role demands strong market insight, strategic leadership, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

This role is based in Muscat, Oman, reporting directly to the General Manager and will be a part of Jotun Oman management team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with the Sales Manager to ensure strong brand and product positioning in the local market.
  • Drive regional segment marketing plans locally to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals, coaching, and monitoring performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities including research, product launches, advertising, and sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate on pricing and product strategies to boost market share and profitability.
  • Manage budgets and brand initiatives such as promotions, events, and campaigns to enhance Jotun’s image and market presence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for: 

  • 7+ years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and product marketing. 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

  • People management experience is required
