Job Description:
General Description:
The Marketing Manager, Hematology, Japan is to build up product tactical brand plan and well implement through marketing programs or campaigns together with sales team followed brand strategy in the Hematology therapeutic area.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
Work together with sales team, give clear market direction and guideline to sales team
Develop critical relationships with KOL and other allied health care professionals.
Set up KOLs communication workshops to understand the patients /physicians insights.
Collaborate with cross function teams to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment.
Provide product knowledge to internal & external stakeholders.
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Qualification Required:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above, medical or related majors preferred.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Above 6 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing (At least 2 years marketing experience required).
Good customer insights including understanding customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers.
Product and industry/environment Knowledge.
Excellent analytical capability.
Good capability in strategic thinking/planning.
Be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment
Travel: Based on actual needs
