What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve sales and share targets for product categories, contributing to overall portfolio growth.
  • Identify key growth drivers and create activation plans to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Champion Haleon’s ‘Brand Building Way’ and embed best practice path-to-purchase planning and KPI/metrics culture.
  • Own the development and budgeting of ANZ Marketing Activation Plans across one-year and three-year horizons.
  • Manage the local implementation of global campaigns, including TV, digital, outdoor, shopper, and packaging initiatives.
  • Develop and execute consumer and shopper-centric path-to-purchase plans aligned with brand strategy and KPIs.
  • Monitor brand sales and consumption performance, identifying and addressing performance gaps.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in a senior strategic marketing role ideally in FMCH or FMCG
  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in connections planning and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and build strong networks quickly.
  • Experience acting as a coach and mentor within a high-performing teams
