Marketing Manager, Demand Generation
About the role and team
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth across Acrisure UK Retail.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering targeted demand generation, cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that connect marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes.
This role works closely with the wider marketing team, external agencies and subject matter experts to ensure every campaign is data-driven, insight-led and aligned with strategic priorities.
You will be part of a marketing function that is evolving into a true growth engine, with the autonomy to innovate, test and deliver campaigns that make a real commercial impact.
How you will contribute
Campaign Planning & Delivery
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Define campaign objectives, target audiences and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders
Build campaign plans with clear timelines, budgets and OKRs/KPIs
Execute day-to-day delivery, ensuring creative, messaging and execution align with brand standards and strategic goals
Content & Enablement
Coordinate content creation with design and copywriters to support campaigns
Develop key assets such as landing pages, emails and sales enablement materials
Ensure all content reinforces Acrisure’s brand message and value proposition
Analytics & Optimisation
Use analytics to refine targeting, messaging and creative to drive conversion rates
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness
Apply a test, learn and optimise methodology to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to scale successful campaign approaches
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within insurance, financial services or another complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that achieve measurable commercial results
Strong analytical mindset, confident interpreting data and translating insights into action
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Collaborative, growth-focused mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
