Job Summary:
Lead the development and implementation of business plans and marketing activities focused on disease areas. Drive diagnostic solutions through deep cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Pharma partners, to achieve business targets.
The Opportunity:
1. Establish and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Formulate and implement comprehensive market promotion plans aligned with the overall disease management diagnostic solutions strategy.
Collaborate closely with Medical Science Affairs (MSA), Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sales teams to plan and execute integrated market events and promotional activities.
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences, key communities and strategic partners
Develop and manage Key Opinion Leader for products for effective promotion of product lines
Regular key customers visit to understand their requirements and initiate project to maintain customer relationship and use as a marketing promotion material
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends
Recommend optimal pricing
2. Build KOL network in terms of product advisory board and speakers.
3. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing assay team. Develop the team's strategic capabilities to provide cross-disease/department strategic solutions.
4. Assist in yearly budgeting and control department expense within budget.
5. Develop career and development plan for the subordinates.
Who you are:
1. Bachelor of Biology related discipline, Masters preferred.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Product & marketing expertise
5. 10 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry
