Kapa makes technical knowledge instantly accessible through AI assistants. As the Marketing Lead, you will work on Kapa’s inbound growth engine to create more sales opportunities for our AEs. The following challenges should excite you:

  • Owning the entire inbound growth engine from initial demand generation through to sales enablement
  • Developing and testing messaging strategies that resonate with different ICP pain points
  • Building a cohesive content machine across multiple channels (website, blog, LinkedIn, newsletter, customer stories, SEO, and paid ads)

To solve these challenges you will:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that drives qualified leads
  • Craft compelling messaging frameworks tailored to technical audiences and their specific pain points
  • Produce and optimize content across all key channels: website copy, blog posts, LinkedIn content, newsletters, customer case studies, SEO-optimized articles, and paid ad campaigns
  • Manage a network of contractors while also creating high-quality content yourself when needed

You may be a good fit if you have:*

  • Demonstrated ability to develop messaging strategies based on deep customer understanding
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical concepts and features into compelling narratives
  • Experience building and scaling inbound marketing programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple content channels and contractors simultaneously
  • Comfort with both strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and marketing analytics
