Marketing Intern

Introduction

Lazer Sport is opening a marketing internship to gain working experience in marketing and branding, digital marketing, sports marketing, event management and overall marketing related projects.

Are you passionate about marketing and looking for your first experience in a small, energetic team based in Mechelen and operating worldwide? Then our internship might be just what you are looking for. If you also have interest in the cycling industry and/or are a sporty, energetic human being with a healthy dose of creativity. Then you might be just what we are looking for.

The Challenge

As Lazer's marketing intern you will assist the marketing team with the execution of all sorts of marketing related activities such as:

• social media and digital marketing projects (content planning, digital advertising…)

• analysing and improving our brand strategy and ID

• marketing pos and collateral

• organization of tradeshows and events

• supporting globally sponsored teams, athletes, and ambassadors.

• Assisting with content related projects such as lifestyle shootings, product images and video content

• General administrative tasks of the marketing department

 

What are we looking for?

• You are finishing a degree in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Sports marketing or similar.
• Excellent language skills in English, both verbally as in writing (Dutch/French is a plus);
• You have experience with the Microsoft Office package (e.g. Word, Powerpoint etc.);
• Knowledge of digital marketing & SoMe (Meta, Google adverts, YouTube…)
• Knowledge of graphic programs is considered a plus
• You are assertive, like to take initiative and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the bike industry/sportive cycling and Lazer’s products is considered a big plus.
