Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of GWI’s go-to-market strategy for the Majors segment (500–50,000 employees), with a focus on execution and campaign delivery.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for Majors, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life, building programs, managing campaign logistics, and ensuring alignment with revenue teams. This role is highly tactical, designed for someone who enjoys executing programs that generate pipeline and directly contribute to commercial outcomes.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

1. Campaign Execution & Delivery

  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid media, partners, and events.
  • Manage campaign logistics end-to-end — from coordinating assets to tracking timelines and ensuring delivery against plans.
  • Collaborate with regional events leads to support tactical execution of Majors events, ensuring they are aligned with broader campaign goals.
  • Assist in building proof points such as case studies, testimonials, and customer stories to strengthen campaign impact.

2. Revenue Team Support

  • Partner closely with sales and SDRs to ensure campaign leads are followed up and acted on effectively.
  • Provide campaign materials, playbooks, and insights that support the revenue team in progressing opportunities.
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for the Majors revenue team, ensuring they have visibility into campaign activity.

3. Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance, working with Marketing Operations to capture data on leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Share campaign insights with the Senior Marketing Manager to inform future program improvements.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to spot opportunities for campaign enhancements.

Minimum criteria

  • B2B marketing background, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or executing multi-channel campaigns (demand gen, ABM, digital, content, or events).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaign logistics.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and SDR teams to support pipeline growth.
  • A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
