Marketing Engagement Lead

Huge is looking for a strategic and client-focused Marketing Engagement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, performance goals, and execution across multiple digital channels. You will oversee cross-functional teams, guide campaign delivery, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive business impact.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, ABM/B2B, and strong client-relationship management skills. Agency experience and experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously is highly preferred.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management, acting as the main point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Lead marketing planning and execution across key channels including paid media, SEO, and marketing automation.
  • Ensure alignment with client KPIs and business goals, monitoring performance and optimizing programs for results.
  • Coordinate and provide direction to cross-functional execution teams (media, SEO, creative, strategy, automation), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee project organization including meeting schedules, documentation, task tracking, and team workflows.
  • Turn performance data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for client presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and continuous performance improvement.
  • Work across multiple clients simultaneously, balancing priorities and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Support financial tracking and performance expectations across accounts (in partnership with account leads).

What we’d like to see.

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or ABM.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and owning a communication strategy and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven experience in paid media, programmatic, email/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.), and SEO.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Demandbase, 6sense, Tableau or other analytics platforms.
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with B2B funnels, ABM tactics, and funnel stages such as MQL and SQL.
  • Strong analytical thinker able to turn metrics into insights and business recommendations.Ability to create compelling performance stories backed by data—not just reporting metrics but explaining the “why” and “what’s next.”
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to lead clients towards strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable leading teams through influence rather than direct management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
