POSITION SUMMARY

Work with Loan Officers to develop marketing materials for open houses, email campaigns or other avenues used to promote their business.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create open hours fliers for loan officers to use for open houses.
  • Create customized loan packages for loan offers to give to clients.
  • Manage Rate Plug for loan officers.
  • Work with vendors to obtain product quotes for marketing supplies used by loan officers.
  • Create Power Point presentations for loan officers to use during meetings with lending partners.
  • Other duties as directed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in the mortgage industry

  • Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
  • Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
  • Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
