Job Description:
We’re searching for a highly organized and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our team in supporting our efforts to carry out marketing campaigns. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
Reputation management
Responding to Podium/Yelp/FB/Google/BBB customer reviews
Podium support and campaigns
Weekly termite renewal texts
Video text campaigns
Manage Google My Business Pages
Print collateral (inventory management and ordering - stickers, doorhangers, yard signs, builder packages, brochures, acquisition communication, etc)
Promo items (inventory management and ordering)
Internal marketing / departmental support
Internal proposals / agreements
Community events / sponsorship management
Any additional brand support
Credit card receipt support
Requirements
Minimum of two year degree in Marketing
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities
Strong written and oral communication
Excellent multitasker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and approaches to the table
In addition to the training that will be provided, must be willing to further knowledge and education through workshops, research, seminars, marketing newsletters, podcasts, etc.
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
