Marketing Associate

Nasdaq in London is seeking a motivated junior marketer who is eager to learn and contribute to value creation for our Index clients. This marketing role supports the definition and execution of marketing strategies and tactics that contribute to client engagement and business growth.

We are looking for someone who is curious to understand how clients perceive and measure value and who is willing to learn how to leverage our co-marketing programs. Our ideal candidate is data-driven, tech savvy, and collaborative, with an interest in working closely with sales and product teams. As a member of the Marketing team, you will assist with projects that are important for the team’s development and the broader business transformation.
This is a new position on an expanding team, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, and proactive.
 

What you will do:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaign strategies, including creating presentations, collateral, website content, customer communications, and assisting with in-person and virtual events.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and assist in designing opportunities for client engagement, in coordination with internal stakeholders, both locally and globally.
  • Help maintain and nurture client relationships by supporting regular communications and contributing to collaborative efforts with key clients and internal partners.
  • Assist colleagues, client marketing partners, internal partners, and external agencies and vendors in the execution of marketing programs.
  • Work with the Campaign Center of Excellence, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and client partner teams to help assess campaign impact and present results and learnings to marketing colleagues and business partners.

Who are we looking for: 

  • Some experience in marketing, gained through internships or entry-level roles, preferably within financial industry
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills 
  • Experience in using Salesforce, familar with other marketing tools (e.g. Makerto etc),  
  • Knowledge of the regular marketing channels including social media
