We have a variety of tools and resources available to you that allows providers to communicate with fellow Huddle Up professionals and clinical managers. All of our clinical managers have vast experience in delivering school based teletherapy services, and they are available when needed.

Leveraging our proprietary technology platform and our team of expert providers and pediatric clinicians, we bring a passion to treating the whole child and helping them thrive. What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking a Contract Marketing Associate to support our marketing and communications activities. This role is ideal for an early-career or emerging marketing professional looking to build experience across content, email, social media, and project coordination. This is a flexible, remote position working closely with our Marketing and Operations teams.

Duration: 11/10/2025 – 5/29/2026 (Timeline is flexible)

Compensation: $25/hour

 Hours: 15-30 hours per week (schedule set monthly)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, creating, and scheduling social media content
  • Support the development and delivery of email campaigns and newsletters
  • Track engagement metrics and compile basic performance reports
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars and deadlines
  • Organize and manage marketing assets (copy, images, design files, links, etc.)
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
  • Help translate ideas into polished content assets (one-pagers, slide decks, webinar materials)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of professional marketing experience (internships and project work welcome)
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic understanding of email platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience freelancing or managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to create graphics using tools like Canva
  • Interest in healthcare or education organizations (Preferred, not required)
