  • JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant
  • SALARY: £29,460
  • LOCATION(S): The Mound, Edinburgh.
  • HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours a week.  
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Join our fast-paced Reactive Marketing Team, where creativity meets agility! As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help deliver timely, relevant, and engaging campaigns that respond to customer needs, cultural moments, and market trends.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Real-Time Campaign Activation: Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, across TV, OOH, Audio, Digital, Social,  and Media Partnerships. Responding to live opportunities - from trending topics to customer behaviours. 
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, media partners, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively. 
  • Planning & Coordination:  Help manage campaign workflows, from briefing to execution, using systems like Workfront and tools such as Meta Ads Manager to keep things moving and visible. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaigns performance and engagement, helping the team learn fast and optimise even faster. 
  • Trend Spotting: Stay plugged into current events, cultural moments, and emerging marketing trends to help identify new opportunities. 
  • Team Support: Assist with admin tasks such as PO management, meeting coordination, and reporting. Keeping the team organised and efficient.

What you’ll need

  • A genuine passion for marketing and reactive activations.
  • A proactive mindset and a love for fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Some experience or exposure to marketing (internships, university projects, freelance work all welcome!).
  • Familiarity with tools like Workfront, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms is a bonus, but not essential.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Marketing, social media, stunts/activations.
