Market Access Manager

Position Summary
You will shape and deliver market access strategies that help patients get the medicines they need. You will work with local and regional teams, payers, and healthcare stakeholders to secure and protect reimbursement and access. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement market access plans to secure and maintain reimbursement at national, regional and hospital levels.
- Build and manage relationships with payers, hospital decision makers, regional health authorities and other stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and submission of reimbursement dossiers and supporting evidence, including clinical and economic arguments.
- Support pricing discussions and negotiate access agreements in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor policy, regulatory and payer landscape changes and translate implications into actionable plans.
- Work closely with commercial, medical affairs, HEOR and pricing teams to align strategies and deliver clear value propositions.

Why You?

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- University degree in health sciences, economics, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field.
- Solid experience in market access, reimbursement, HEOR or health policy in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proven experience interacting with payers, hospital pharmacists or healthcare decision makers in Spain.
- Experience preparing reimbursement submissions or supporting pricing and contracting processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and project management skills.
- Professional level of Spanish and good command of English.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Postgraduate degree in Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health or similar.
- Experience working with regional health systems or private healthcare/insurer markets in Spain.
- Familiarity with economic modelling, budget impact analysis or HEOR methods.

- Proven experience managing teams.
- Track record in cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing tender, contracting or account-based access processes.
- Comfort working in hybrid models with regular on-site collaboration.

Working Arrangements
This role is hybrid with regular on-site presence in Spain and flexible remote working as agreed with the manager.
