Job Description:
Responsible for incoming material inspection, ensuring that all materials entering the workshop meet the company's product requirements.
- Strictly and correctly implementing material inspection standards, operation guidance, and related work procedures, effectively intercepting problematic materials.
- Record inspection results, issue reports on quality issues, provide feedback on quality problems discovered during incoming material inspection, and push the incoming quality engineers to improve material quality.
- Continuously improve the material inspection plan with the incoming quality engineers.
- Special material inspection or analytical measurement work required for R&D projects, product validation projects, etc;
- Assist the procurement quality engineer in carrying out on-site inspections of key materials or key projects;
- Responsible for 5S management in the incoming inspection area, daily management and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment, gauges and inspection jig;
Other tasks assigned by department heads and quality department manager.
