Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) - $84,000 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Components: Follows established procedures to accurately and efficiently assemble manufacturing parts and products.
Conduct Quality Inspections: Performs routine inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain Equipment: Operates and maintains manufacturing machinery, identifying and reporting any malfunctions to senior team members.
Document Production Data: Records and updates production metrics and processes data accurately using existing systems and tools.
Support Manufacturing Processes: Assists in daily manufacturing operations, collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
Manufacturing Software: Familiarity with CAD/CAM or other industry relevant software tools.
Routine Problem Solving: Ability to apply standard procedures to resolve common manufacturing issues.

Data Analysis: Analyze manufacturing data to support decision making processes.
Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks to meet project deadlines.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:
4year Bachelors BS
