Job Description Summary
Leader/Specialist tasked with delivering results that make a significant contribution to a department or pro-ject delivery.
Responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives or delivering the business policies and programmes within a defined specialist area. Resolves day-to-day issues/escalation points.
Main Responsibility:
• In general, responsible for assigned manufacturing engineering activities。
• Ensure engineering readiness for assigned Transfer Projects and NPI Projects.
• Good inputs, ideas to product development to make sure new product go to mass production successful and stable
• Confirm the correctness and applicability of the engineering changes, BOM, etc. that related to ME on company's document management system and track it until release; if necessary, ME should submit the change request.
• Create Validation Plan. Generate and test Validation Samples (Trial Build Samples); validate test software. Provide Validation Report.
• Take lead in jigs and other tools creation for production. Create Work Instruction and submit for release. Define production routing time for new products.
• Take lead in technical issue solving in Production line. Responsible for solving engineering related issues to make the manufacturing running smoothly under the certain production yield.
• Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Mentor for others about the manufacturing engineering.
• The other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
• College graduate/equivalent or above (not subject if internal recruitment). Major in Electronics or Mechanical is preferred.
• 3 years or above position related experience. Knowledge of ISO13485 is preferred.
• Fluent oral and written English. Good computer and office tools skills.
