The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Change Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to support the 767/777 Change Management team onsite in Everett, Washington. This role will act as a Change Board Scheduler.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and communicates schedules and change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
Integrates product/process change requirements
Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Analyzes technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans, identifies non-conformities and develops recovery plans as needed
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with baseline management
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
5+ years of experience working in a high pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $98,100 - $119,900
Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $121,500 - $148,500
