The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Change Management Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to support the BCA Retrofit Change Board team based out of Everett, Washington. This role will act as a BCA Retrofit Change Board Analyst
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, integrated scheduling, and lean methodologies, demonstrating the ability to lead change incorporation plans effectively. They will have a proven track record of analyzing product and process changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating alternate design, manufacturing, or Retro fit solutions. The selected candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a collaborative environment while working with minimal direction to drive continuous improvement initiatives, becoming a valuable asset to our team as we pursue excellence in aerospace manufacturing and fleet support.
The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions
Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed.
Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with change management
5 + years of experience of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans for Retrofit commitments in support of BCA Fleet in manufacturing environments
Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions for BCA airplanes in the fleet.
Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed
Works under minimal direction

6+ years of experience with baseline management Change Management
5 + years of experience of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of purchase requisitions, part ordering, and kitting
Knowledge of Automated Commitment Management System (ACMS), Engineering Change Authoring system (ECAS), Intra Boeing Exchange (IBEX), Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC), Boeing’s Online Bulletin Control and Tracking Tool (BOBCAT)
Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Requirements
