The Manpower Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence and strategic manpower growth. This role oversees recruitment schemes, monitors performance metrics, and supports operational processes across multiple departments. The manager serves as a central liaison among Recruitment, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams, ensuring smooth execution of financing schemes and recruitment initiatives. He/She is a strong team player who is able to support the Lead, Manpower Development and the team to achieve operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage recruitment schemes and incentives using data-driven insights.

Track and analyze performance metrics for Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth execution of financing schemes.

Drive operational excellence and support strategic manpower planning.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment initiatives and project execution.

Monitor post-implementation effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment:

  • Manage existing recruitment schemes and Incentives.

  • Use data analytics to track performance of Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers in different financing schemes.

  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular insights.

  • Update and share daily manpower numbers.

  • Support the Lead of Manpower Development.

Operational Excellence:

  • Be the expert to provide advice the Recruitment Team and other stakeholders on matters relating to financing schemes.

  • Support the recruitment, performance management and off boarding of candidates under the International Associate Program.

  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure accuracy of performance reports and advise Finance on financing scheme payment.

  • Serve as the central liaison between Recruitment, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance team.

  • Support management reporting and presentations on manpower growth and productivity.

Project and Initiative coordination:

  • Manage end to end execution of new recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment across all relevant stakeholders including creation of tracking reports.

  • Develop project timelines, milestone and deliverables, track process and address bottlenecks proactively.

  • Prepare project plan, documentation, status update, steering committee materials and communication materials for new financing schemes.

Performance Tracking and continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor recruitment initiatives performance and effectiveness post-implementation.

  • Gather feedback from Recruitment Team and other stakeholders to refine future recruitment processes under various financing schemes.

  • Recommend improvements for workflow efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and project governance.

  • Develop and execute strategic manpower growth plans to achieve agency recruitment targets.

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition related work

  • Experience in managing recruitment schemes for agents is an advantage.

Education:

  • CMFAS certification is an advantage

  • Degree in any discipline
