Our Consulting business provides independent advice and support to senior leaders (CxO or equivalent) across Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals. We enable transformation through data-driven insights, helping clients navigate complex strategic decisions and emerging digital challenges.

We are seeking a Managing Partner who will shape outcomes for our clients—someone who can hold the space for transformation and co-own the work with them. This is a senior-level role for a proven business builder and trusted advisor who thrives on entrepreneurial growth and long-term impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a partner to C-level executives (CEO, CIO, COO, CTO), guiding them through IT/digital transformational change.
  • Own the entire deal lifecycle—craft go-to-market strategies, originate and qualify opportunities, challenge priorities, and close high-value engagements
  • Lead engagements that deliver IT strategy, IT operating models, organisational design, enterprise architecture and digital/IT execution support.
  • Help clients confront what they cannot see or say alone, surfacing constraints and sensing value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in business building.
  • Track record of account origination and growth, including successful client stories.
  • Ability to perceive client constraints beyond the obvious and understand value from the client’s perspective.
  • An excellent understanding of one or more of the following industries; Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, CPG
  • Demonstrate abilities in leading through partnership; balancing deep expertise with curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
  • Extensive management consulting experience in building practices, developing client portfolios, and cultivating trusted relationships
  • Experience in one or more of:
  • C-level Advisory Services with an understanding of the drivers for change, particularly technological (AI, Cloud, Digital platforms, Cyber etc)
  • Technology, IT Strategy and IT Strategy Execution
  • Applications modernization; SAP, S4/HANA etc
  • IT Sourcing and Cost Optimization
