Join us as Manager for Tools Design and lead the way in defining how tools are developed and managed for our Converter Valve products! These tools are essential for installing and servicing equipment at customer sites, handling components weighing up to 700 kg, and your role is to lead and build an inclusive team that assume full global accountability for all tools supporting Installation/Commissioning and Maintenance of Valve products.
In this role, you will own the global methodology for tool design and usage, ensuring we design and develop certified tools that are safe to use across all regions. This is a strategic position where you will influence how we work, communicate, and document globally. How you’ll make an impact
- Define and take ownership of global methods, standards, and documentation for tool design, usage, and related guidelines.
- Act as the global owner for creating and maintaining standardized processes for tool development and certification, ensuring clear communication and robust documentation practices.
- Lead your diverse and highly skilled team through change, aligning efforts toward common goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders and experts across the organization to implement best practices.
Your Background
- Strong leadership skills with experience in driving change, and an ability to influence, lead and align diverse stakeholders and teams across regions.
- Experience in developing processes and guidelines for documentation methods.
- Solid technical foundation and an ability to translate complex concepts into clear strategies and standards.
- Organized, structured, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English is required, Swedish is an advantage.

This role can be based in either Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden, but requires presence on a weekly basis at the Ludvika office.
