About the Role

As a Manager, Technical Consulting - HiredScore, you will play a dual role as both a hands-on technical contributor and an inspiring people leader. You will manage multiple priorities under bold deadlines while driving the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. Success in this role requires innovation in technical execution, process improvement, operations, and relationship-building.

At the same time, you bring deep technical expertise and business acumen, leveraging your coding background and architectural knowledge to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver sustainable business value.
 

  • Supporting large enterprise clients enabling and configuration systems integration with a solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, Cloud and industry-standard third-party tools.

  • Support and guide the team in daily operations and client interactions, including attending client calls when needed and serving as the primary escalation point across all aspects of delivery.

  • Act as a trusted professional resource for the team and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales engagements with new and existing clients.

  • Engage directly with clients by presenting and explaining technology, integrations, IT and security architecture, and addressing formal questionnaires (e.g., Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluations).

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to identify, address, and mitigate potential issues and risks.

  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges unique to their environment and requirements.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize sales and engineering processes through improved tools, methodologies, and operational practices.

  • Create clear, high-quality documentation, whitepapers, and supporting materials for internal and client use.

  • Build, train, mentor, and develop new team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Integration or in a similar role supporting large enterprise clients.

  • 3+ years strong practical background in systems integration with a solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, Cloud and industry-standard third-party tools.

  • 3+ years proven experience as a Team Lead in Technical Consulting or Integration teams, with a track record of successfully managing people and projects.

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients throughout the integration lifecycle, adapt to diverse audiences, and manage ad-hoc requests with professionalism.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, effectively partnering with cross-functional groups such as Product, R&D, Sales, and Delivery Ability to work with code (Read/Run/Edit existing code)

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout projects with a solid understanding of Infosec, Data Privacy, and RFP processes

  • A proactive mindset marked by positivity, creative problem-solving, and strong ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $115,200 USD - $172,800 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $109,400 USD - $198,700 USD
