We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters focused on hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) across our ambulatory care settings. Major Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring top clinical talent for ambulatory nursing and medical assistant roles.
  • Partner with nursing and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic, data-informed hiring solutions.
  • Champion a culture of empathy, inclusion, and excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Innovate sourcing strategies and candidate engagement practices to attract diverse, qualified talent aligned with Advocate Health’s mission.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, workforce planning, and clinical operations to align talent strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical roles in healthcare, especially ambulatory settings, strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday Recruiting and other ATS platforms.
