  • Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot Power BI dataset issues, performance problems, and maintain semantic models in Tagetik.

  • Application Maintenance: Provide user profile setup and maintaince for financial applications like Atticus and Orbitax.

  • BAU Support: Assist with Tagetik Consolidation and PPS SII tools as part of ongoing business operations.

  • Service Management: Resolve ServiceNow tickets within SLA timelines and coordinate with internal teams for non-SaaS issues.

  • Vendor Collaboration: Support version upgrades and participate in vendor service reviews.

  • Product Awareness: Stay updated with SaaS product releases, fixes, and community updates.

  • Change Implementation: Assess impact of changes in Power BI reports and manage upstream system updates.

  • Training & Documentation: Conduct user training and maintain updated documentation post enhancements.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new requirements and manage implementation lifecycle.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for application queries and coordinate change management discussions.

  • Participate in change management discussions and impact assessments for new business requirements.
