About the Role

Lendlease is seeking a dynamic and driven Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Manager to join our M&A team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, transactions, and partnerships across our international operations.

As a key member of our M&A team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing corporate development opportunities, including global acquisitions and divestments. Your insights will help influence Lendlease’s strategic direction and support both organic and inorganic growth aligned with our investment strategy.

You’ll work closely with executive leadership and the Board, presenting clear, data-driven recommendations and building strong relationships across the business.

This role offers significant development potential within a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional commercial outcomes. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile deals and strategic initiatives, working alongside senior leaders and external partners to drive Lendlease’s continued success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support strategic transactions and partnerships globally.

  • Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis to evaluate opportunities.

  • Develop compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.

About you

  • 5–8 years’ experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or a related field.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
