What You’ll Do:
As a Manager, Retail Operations, you will drive the strategic vision for efficiency of retail operations across our East Coast Versace locations in North America (Full Price & Outlet). You will be responsible for optimizing profitability by ensuring operations are seamless and stores are following company implemented policies & procedures across our retail locations in partnership with our VP, Retail. The position requires entrepreneurial thinking, strategic leadership, strong project management skills and execution, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. You will work alongside our VP, Retail, Regional Directors, and General Managers to ensure that Retail Excellence is achieved.
- Create and Implement Retail Operations Handbook, which will serve as a guideline for Stores for all Retail Operations. Update and provide trainings as needed. Ensure standards, policies and procedures are implemented, consistent and followed in stores
- Provide operational support to stores and field teams and identify training needs (i.e. policies and procedures, store standards, store systems, etc.)
- Partner with VP, Retail to ensure all stores align with global stores.
- Strategize and lead new projects for improving efficiency across Retail Doors in order to drive higher sales and profitability.
- Partner with Inventory Management team to ensure store teams maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with company shrink rate.
- Lead all new Operational Projects for North America and manage to ensure successful roll out and execution.
- Develop and lead all trainings for Operational Excellence.
- Project Manage New Store Openings, Renovations, Pop Ups, General Manager Conferences, and Off-Site Events, in partnership with VP, Retail
- Plan regular visits to regional stores with focus on high priority doors
- Plan quarterly visits to remote stores with focus on high priority doors
- Manage Retail P&L and negotiate new vendor lines to ensure maximum profitability.
- Manage retail supply orders and monitor spending
- Manage and filter all systems related issues in partnership with our IT department
- Manage FEXA alongside our Facilities team to ensure all repairs and maintenance are properly budgeted and fixed in a timely manner
- Manage Staff Uniform Bulk Orders and distribution alongside Merchandising team
- Consolidate Reporting for all stores and ensure accuracy
- Partner with Regional Directors and Store Managers for weekly task execution in stores
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of store operations management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or an Operations Manager in a high-volume, complex environment
- Ability to travel regionally at least 2 weeks per month
- Demonstrated ability to improve store processes and standards of operations
- Demonstrated ability to support project roll outs in stores
- Full understanding of specialty retail, outlet operations and visual merchandising.
- Computer skills to include operation of retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.

Compensation Range:
$180,000.00-$200,000.00
