Position Summary

As the Manager – Retail Fulfillment Operations Insights and Analytics, you must put our colleagues first by using robust analytics to detect retail fulfillment opportunities and generate data-driven insights and recommendations to influence leadership. This role supports the broader Retail Fulfillment Portfolio, which includes but is not limited to, POS experience, Retail Online Fulfillment, and Front Store Innovation and Execution Operations insights and outcomes.

You will key part of an analytics team responsible for managing all data requests and analysis, strategic review of outcomes and recommendations, weekly and ad-hoc KPI tracking, leadership update deck builds, monthly operating reviews, and the maintenance of dashboards and reports that drive business decisions and store/field execution. Additionally, you will support in the functions of budgeting, submissions, accruals, and spend management across the portfolio.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working in retail, or in similar model.
  • 3+ years experience demonstrating the ability to think strategically and make meaningful progress on long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • 3+ years experience synthesizing data and making business recommendations to leaders on the path forward.
  • 3+ years creating insight presentations from the synthesized data that has a strong narrative and critical recommendations with both strengths and opportunities.
  • 3+ years experience leveraging strong communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity, exemplifying self-sufficiency in driving toward an outcome
  • Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, which may include both remote and in-office work, while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
  • Proven track record of high performance.
  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Occasional travel, up to 25%, may be required based on the needs of the business.



Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working in retail, or in similar model
  • 5+ years experience demonstrating the ability to think strategically and make meaningful progress on long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
