Job Description
You will work with Layer 6's leadership, team leads and members and other stakeholders internal and external to Layer 6 to:

  • Collaborate with Layer 6 (Product Owners and Scientists) and AI Use Case Delivery Leads from across TD to ensure: a) Use case data is available and easily accessible (added in Jira) and follows expected standards b) That the Delivery Leads are regularly updating their use cases
  • Compile compelling presentation decks and memos for Sr executives (in response to ad hoc requests or for scheduled special events like Investor Day): a) Co-ordinate and follow-up with various stakeholders to collect slides / content b) Prepare and finalize the decks and memo
  • Automate and simplify reporting processes, tools and existing assets to: a) Support regular AI use case reporting b) help fulfill ad hoc information requests from various executives c) Enable and promote easy-self serve capabilities for various stakeholders
  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of our existing PowerBI Use Case Delivery dashboards (e.g., include new data sources and create new views), and the development of new dashboards to support other aspects of Layer 6's operations (e.g., model monitoring, workforce management, financial management, etc.) 
  • Solicit other needs/requirements from different stakeholders to understand reporting and analysis opportunities, and identify what kinds of reporting related solutions we can provide
  • Explore new opportunities and technologies that can further help advance our reporting solutions and operations (e.g., exploring use of co-pilot or other AI in report or document production)
  • As periodic governance or audit initiatives arise, assist in securing and providing timely response data and information as needed
  • Support and mature AI / Layer 6 operational processes and policies: a) Work with various teams across Layer 6, AI2 and other groups to clarify our engagements and mature our operating procedures b) Lead / support strategic projects / initiatives and governance activities c) Facilitate key business management activities and meetings
  • Lead and support other Layer 6 initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a large matrix organization
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML delivery processes
  • Experience developing reports and BI solutions (e.g., in Power BI or Tableau) - 5+ years
  • Experience leading and driving delivery of medium-sized business / technology projects and governance initiatives 
  • Business analysis experience (requirements solicitation, process modeling, policy / procedural documentation.) - 5+ years
  • A self-starter eager to take on different types of assignments who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to perform, maximize the contributions of all team members and communicate effectively, with confidence
  • Strong collaboration skills to help uncover stakeholder needs and motivations, influence and secure the cooperation of key resources, resolve conflicts and negotiate positive outcomes
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations, individuals or groups. Understands and appreciates different and opposing perspectives
  • Have ability to understand and learn the dynamics of relationships in an organization to identify decision makers and influencers, and to predict how new events or situations will affect the organization
  • Resilient under pressure and when facing tight timelines
  • Working knowledge of productivity tools (MS Office PC software applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector is an asset
  • Experience working for a consultancy is an asset
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of work experience
