What You Will Achieve
The Program Lead within the Enabling Functions (EF) Forward Impact Engineering & Impact Team (FIT) at Pfizer Digital is a critical role responsible for crafting high-impact executive-level communications, coordinating workstream status reporting, and developing training materials that enable effective adoption of digital initiatives. This role blends strategic communication expertise with operational leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement across all levels of the organization
Executive-Level Communication
Develop and deliver polished presentations, briefing documents, and messaging for senior leadership and executive forums.
Translate complex technical and operational updates into clear, concise narratives tailored for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Manage executive communication calendars and ensure timely dissemination of strategic updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as primary liaison between Digital, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage content creation for internal portals, newsletters, and social channels using modern digital tools.
Ensure inclusive and accessible communication practices across all platforms.
Workstream Coordination
Consolidate and report status updates across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for progress, risks, and dependencies; provide actionable insights to leadership.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items.
Training and Enablement
Design and produce engaging training materials (guides, e-learning modules, job aids) to support digital tool adoption and process compliance.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for global teams, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
Partner with subject matter experts to keep content current and aligned with organizational standards.
Minimum Experience / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, or related field plus 4+ years of experience or master's degree and 2+ years of experience or PHD and 0+ years of experience or associate's degree and 8+ years of experience or Highschool diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated success of leading stakeholder engagement, building partnerships and collaboration across divers business teams and facilitating the process of defining project goals, requirements, status and outcomes
Exceptional written & visual communication skills for executive audiences
Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
Strong project management and organizational skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
