The Challenge

We are looking for a detailed and service-oriented Manager of People Operations to join our global team. They will support the strategy and implementation of our HR Operations processes including the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, headcount, compensation, and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences and strives for efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. This role will be required to be in office a minimum of 2 days per week at any of our bay area locations, Novato, San Francisco or San Mateo. This is an initial contract of 12 months with potential to convert to permanent.

 

What You’ll Take On

  • Supports employees across North America.
  • Handles the North America HR Operations team day to day.
  • Works closely with our HRBP’s and other HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensures HRIS processes are efficiently completed, and records are accurate.
  • Consistently and proactively finds ways to enhance and optimize systems and processes.
  • Supports with local policy development and implementation.
  • Operates in HR Information Systems and handles all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
  • Represents our culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ management and related HR experience
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Experience working within North American teams and supporting other regions (EMEA, AIPAC)
  • People Management experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle priorities and workflow, completing projects on or ahead of schedule
  • Very strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including advanced Excel/ Sheets skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organizational levels
  • Experienced in Workday

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
