About the Role

Peloton is seeking a Parcel Manager to elevate our Global small parcel strategy within the Global Logistics team. In this high-impact role, you will be the key strategist overseeing the end-to-end parcel network for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) shipments. You will serve as the central leader for operations, analytics, and carrier relationships, ensuring an optimal balance of cost efficiency, network performance, and exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented logistics professional who is ready to own the strategic direction of a global parcel network and drive cross-functional efforts that directly impact both member satisfaction and financial results.

Your Daily Impact

You will be instrumental in the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our global parcel network. Your key responsibilities will be grouped into the following areas:

Strategic Network & Carrier Management
  • Lead the Global Strategy: Develop and execute both short- and long-term parcel network strategies to support company growth, manage capacity during peak seasons, and ensure consistently optimized delivery performance.
  • Negotiate & Partner: Own and develop strategic relationships with key small parcel carriers. This includes leading contract negotiations, directing the competitive bid process, ensuring carrier performance, and managing complex issue resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams across Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure clear prioritization and successful execution of transportation initiatives.
Financial Stewardship & Reporting
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and forecast the small parcel transportation budget. Oversee performance tracking and deliver precise reporting at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals to key stakeholders.
  • Cost Optimization: Model cost/service trade-offs using advanced data analysis to evaluate various logistics scenarios, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous cost savings identification.
  • Tech-Driven Audits: Leverage software, LLMs, and AI technologies to automate parcel spend audits, identify discrepancies, and mitigate cost exposure.
Operational Excellence
  • Process Enhancement: Standardize and improve operational processes by maintaining and creating clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical workflows, always identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the primary escalation point for all parcel-related operational issues, providing timely support to cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Culture of Improvement: Champion a culture of operational excellence, driving improvements in service metrics and supporting team development.

You Bring To Peloton

We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of strategic thinking, execution, and partnership, rather than just checking boxes.

  • Logistics Expertise: 5+ years Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations, with direct experience managing small parcel networks
  • Contract Management: Proven ability to manage strategic parcel providers, including successful contract negotiation and proactive performance management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of transportation finance, including experience managing large logistics budgets and a history of driving measurable cost-saving initiatives.
  • Data & Analytics Mastery: Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analytics tools. You are comfortable working with large datasets and possess the skill to translate complex analysis into clear, strategic business recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives, and influence key stakeholders across various departments to drive organizational alignment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience managing complex global logistics operations. Advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$123,600$156,045 USD
