Position Summary
You play a key role in executing paid media campaigns across the region, ensuring efficient delivery and optimization to meet marketing objectives. This role manages campaigns across multiple markets and digital platforms, aligning with global strategies and adapting for local market needs. The position requires strong expertise in campaign execution, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Please note - this role will be advertised across other regions in EMEA.


Responsibilities
● Plan and execute paid media campaigns across EMEA markets and digital
channels, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
● Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to improve ROI and
engagement across diverse markets.
● Collaborate with local marketing teams and global stakeholders to adapt
campaigns for cultural and market-specific nuances.
● Monitor multi-market campaign performance, analyse results, and provide
insights and recommendations to enhance impact.
● Support the development of regional best practices for paid media execution
● Manage relationships with media platforms and vendors to secure efficient buying and quality placements across EMEA.
● Track campaign budgets and spending accuracy for multiple markets, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
● Stay current with EMEA digital advertising trends and emerging tools to support innovation and campaign success.


Key Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, with strong knowledge of advertising strategies across multiple EMEA markets.
● Ability to manage and optimize multi-market campaigns across major digital
platforms (social, search, display, video, programmatic).
● Strong analytical and reporting skills, capable of turning data into actionable
recommendations.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing
multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones.
● Passion for music and a strong understanding of the EMEA digital media
landscape within the music industry.
