This role will be responsible for the direct people, process, and systems integrations for our enterprise Digital Marketplaces, third party logisitcs fulfillment solutions (3PL), optimized Same Day Delivery & Last Mile programs, our Ace Vendor Direct Drop Ship Program, and more!

The high impact incremental sales opportunities within integrating these core assets requires precision, operational excellence, competency, command, control, & quality assurance throughout the full tactical implementation life cycle to These programs / platforms that continue to help elevate Ace to redefine convenience, speed, and fast/frictionless fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full tactical integration lifecycle for:

  • All digital commerce Marketplace platforms (DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Amazon, etc.)

  • All third-party carrier fulfillment solutions (3PL)

    • Small/Medium carriers: DoorDash, Uber, Instacart

    • Big & Bulky carriers: Bungii, Roadie, Dispatch

    • Unlock ‘Same Day Delivery’ strategies for Buy Online, Deliver From Store (BODFS)

  • Ace Drop Ship (Vendor Direct to Customer) & Last Mile (Vendor to Store to Customer) platforms

    • Become the SME for the Ace Drop Ship & Last Mile platform suites

    • Drive quarterly 3rd party partner QBR’s & initiate retailer outlier performance coaching & management.

  • Ace in-Store Fulfilment Systems & Tools

    • Retailer Order Management System(s)

    • Retailer customized Acehardware.com controls

    • Ace Centralized Fulfillment platform

    • Customer Assistant Dashboard (CAD)

    • AI integration(s) with headsets (.com orders)

    • Retailer Notifications

    • Point of Sale Integrations (fulfillment & inventory)

    • Enhanced Curbside program

  • Ensuring deployed solutions are “Retail Ready”

    • Faclitate help & engagement with cross-functional teams when approriate (i.e., Legal, Store Systems & Operations Retail Operations, Care Center, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Learning/Training, Human Resources, Corp Communications, etc.)

    • Documentation & Process Lead (AWOR, AceHardware FAQ, ALP)

    • Communications & Public Relations (PR) for Integrations

    • Lead Project feature testing approvals & Quality Assurance (QA)

Who You Are

You are a systems savvy builder of elegant technical solutions aimed at making peoples lives easier. You love learning new technological skills and working through collaboration to deliver high quality programs & features.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years Ecommerce retail experience with working knowledge and familiarity with BOPIS, Curbside, Delivery solutions, & direct to consumer fulfillment (Parcel & LTL)

  • Omnichannel fulfillment experience preferred (e.g. bridging website, technology, brick & mortar, and warehouse order fulfillment)

  • Experience working with complex technical integrations dealing with: data feeds, API’ integrations, 3rd party vendor connectivity, EDI connections, Point of Sale (POS) connectivity, and end-user reporting solutions.

  • Expert problem solver with experience running full product owner (PO) approvals, quality assurance (QA), and end-to-end regression testing for multifaceted technical project deployments

  • Project management skills with ability to get things done independently

  • A high comfort level with implementing new technology and IT automation solutions

  • Process-oriented with strong communication and influencing skills

  • Ensure that when retailer impacting features are deployed, they are ‘retail ready’ in every way (documentation, store integration, training, etc) for the entire eCommerce Fulfillment roadmap 

  • Evidence of “startup execution” and how to ‘get it done’ attitude no matter what when time is tight, and stakes are high

  • Ability to manage through ambiguity, adversity, and conflict to establish focus and deliver against business goals

  • Ability to influence & achieve results though others even when they are not direct reports

Compensation Details:

$120000 - $150000 Per Year
