ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated Manager, OE Performance & Insights who is focused on designing and supporting metrics reporting through methodical, detail-orientated analysis and problem solving.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You contribute to risk management and governance by identifying, articulating and documenting risks and dependencies and collaborating with others in their squad to help mitigate them. They are key in considering upcoming demand and managing work to complete this in a timely manner
- Agile at Scale Delivery models – able to design metrics to track and drive agile deliver across integrated business and tech teams
- Data analysis & measurement – Able to collate, filter, analyse, and interpret datasets to produce insights and conclusions
- Planning and alignment – Ability to prioritise activities and meet obligations
- Problem solving – able to contribute to solution proposals based on evidence, insight and viability
- Communication & listening – Able to succinctly communicate relevant information and actively solicit and apply feedback
- Stakeholder engagement - Ability to advocate and garner support across groups of stakeholders
- Tools & methodology – Foundational understanding of change management, product management and risk tools, techniques, frameworks and methods
- Risk management & compliance – foundational understanding of the risk landscape and risk management tools
- Foundational knowledge of banking processes, systems and infrastructure
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business, Economics, Science, or an Equivalent Profession qualifications
- Experience leading engagement with senior stakeholders
- Work in agile delivery models in large organisations
- Build and deploy reporting in PowerBI or similar tools, experience with using SQL to create data sets and advanced in Excel
- Complete business analyst activities around Technology delivery
- Contribute to high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, risk and control flows
