Manager, Marketing Operations

Summary of the Role:

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing leader who will own omni-channel campaign planning and performance for our SafeSend and SurePrep products, while stewarding key marketing operations work. You’ll drive strategy and execution, experimentation, and revenue impact, while forecasting performance, managing budgets, and keeping our lead flow and attribution tight.

About the Role:
Campaign Planning and Performance

  • Build omni-channel, customer-centric demand generation campaigns (acquisition, cross-sell, upsell) aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute on quarterly campaign plans that meet or exceed funnel goals, working cross-functionally to launch into market
  • Translate segment strategy and customer insights into briefs, calendars, and integrated journeys across email, web, paid media, events, and SDR motions.
  • Own performance forecasting and scenario modeling; set targets, predict outcomes, and align plans to budget and capacity.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and learning: A/B testing offers, messaging, and channels
  • Turn analytics into action: leverage performance insights to guide actionable optimizations that continually improve performance
  • Present plans, results, optimizations, learnings, and recommendations to marketing, sales leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budget: planning, pacing, and reconciliation, with a focus on strong ROI.

 

Marketing Operations

  • Define lead routing rules, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve speed-to-lead and quality of lead handoff.
  • Track funnel metrics from lead capture through opportunity close; create dashboards measuring ROI, LTV:CAC, and other KPIs
  • Maintain and refine the attribution framework, ensuring accuracy across marketing channels
  • Orchestrate, document, and refine attribution and reporting processes; act as guardian of data standards and campaign reporting guidelines

  • Pipeline and revenue contribution by product and campaign
  • Full-funnel conversion rates
  • Forecast accuracy vs. actuals; ROI
  • Speed-to-lead and routing accuracy
  • Attribution integrity and performance reporting

 

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing-related discipline or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategy, with demonstrated revenue impact
  • Highly data-driven, with advanced knowledge of marketing attribution modeling—including building multi-touch attribution frameworks, ROI analysis, and pipeline influence reporting 
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurture design 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce required) 
  • Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization
  • Customer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere
  • Comfort with QA and risk ownership 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
