About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager, Marketing and Communications will lead the marketing team to deliver impactful, coordinated campaigns, communications and events to amplify the ARIIA brand. This role ensures alignment across the broader ARIIA team, driving consistent messaging and effective media planning. The Manager will play a key role within ARIIA with a focus on strategic communication and brand integrity, the position supports ARIIA’s sustainability goals through innovative marketing initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role will also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing ARIIA’s annual program of events including networking, conferences, VIP dinners and webinars

  • Managing the ARIIA branding strategy to ensure consistency within ARIIA and build value in the brand and sub-brands as appropriate

  • Providing ongoing reporting on effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns and publications to the Executive Team, including demonstration of the achievement of KPIs and identification for improvements and growth.

  • Identifying opportunities to create and source dynamic, engaging content - including photography, film, animation and other digital assets for use in research translation and educational activities, across campaigns and owned digital channels.

You bring deep knowledge of contemporary best practices, particularly in digital marketing and campaign delivery.

A confident leader, you excel in guiding, motivating, and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, results-driven environments.

Your expertise in online analytics enables you to make informed, data-driven decisions that strengthen brand presence and engagement.

With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you build productive relationships and negotiate successful outcomes. Experience in the not-for-profit or aged care sector will be highly regarded.

Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA)  continues to transform the way we care for Older Australians.
