Service Delivery Management
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, operational issues, and service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service performance, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead regular service review meetings, present performance reports, and drive client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and additional value creation.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Delivery Managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical, governance, and support teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless services.
Financial Management
- Support the Director in managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the profitability of managed services contracts.
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to cost optimization efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, client management, or a similar role within Managed Services.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Experience in cross-functional and/or multi-country environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and French
