How will you make an impact?

The Manager, Integration Management will be responsible for delivering integration success in partnership with functional and business workstream leaders. The incumbent reports to Sr. Director IMO and through their leadership, maintains the process and workstream governance structure to ensure integration goals are achieved.

What will you do?

  • Structure, organize and support integration workstreams comprising of cross functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Communications) and business functions (Operations, Quality, Legal, Commercial etc.) to deliver results
  • Facilitate working sessions to establish integration plan, align interdependencies, level of organizational change needed, business impact, risk and mitigation plans etc.
  • Lead weekly check in meetings with workstream leads to track key achievements, effectively identify and resolve issues as they arise and facilitate communication to senior leadership.
  • Hands on preparation of materials for leadership team meetings to report progress, advocate for program needs and support decision making
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to learn from experiences and incorporate process improvement actions into integration playbooks

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5-7 years of work experience
  • Proven project management and change management skills with strong analytical ability, organizational agility and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills to facilitate meetings and engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and businesses in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with a continuous improvement mentality

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.
