Job Description
Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic and experienced HRSC EMEA Manager to lead the regional HR Service Center operations across EMEA. Reporting to the Director of the HR Service Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality HR services that align with our global strategy and elevate the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead a high-performing EMEA HR Service Center team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of HR processes across the region.
- Partner with regional Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other teams to support strategic initiatives, drive regional alignment, and continuously adapt services to evolving business needs.
- Champion the advancement of employee and manager self-service capabilities, ensuring seamless integration within the tiered HR delivery model.
- Own and optimize end-to-end HR service delivery processes across EMEA, driving performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee regional workforce planning, talent development, and succession management strategies to support long-term organizational growth.
Service Delivery & Operations
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across the EMEA region.
- Proactively plan and allocate resources to ensure business continuity, using data-driven forecasting to mitigate risks from workload spikes, transitions, and service disruptions.
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in employee record management and HR service delivery.
- Manage EMEA service delivery escalations by identifying root causes and driving corrective action planning.
Technology & Process Optimization
- Partner with HR Technology and Enablement teams to enhance digital platforms supporting HR services.
- Lead or engage in initiatives to streamline processes, drive automation and boost operational efficiency across the region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR operations or service center leadership experience
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple EMEA countries and continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Expertise in project planning and execution, continuous improvement and problem solving techniques.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
