Manager, HCP Engagement Operations - Consulting Agreements

We are seeking a dedicated Consulting Agreements Manager to join our HCP Engagement Operations team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of consulting agreements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Local Opinion Leaders (LOLs) across international markets. A Typical Day:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for consulting agreements, from initiation to approval, execution, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all agreements align with company policies and international regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all consulting agreements, ensuring audit readiness and traceability.
  • Update and manage contract templates and working process documents to support consistent and efficient execution.
  • Drive process improvements to improve transparency, efficiency, and operational quality in consulting engagement management.
  • Supervise and report key metrics, such as contract statuses and turnaround times, to ensure process adherence and operational excellence.
  • Provide training and mentorship to regional and country teams, promoting best practices and compliance in consulting engagements.

This role may be for you if you:

  • Have experience managing consulting agreements across diverse international markets with varying regulatory requirements.
  • Are adept at collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams to align contracting processes with policies and regulations.
  • Excel at maintaining and governing contract templates and working process documentation, such as SOPs and process maps.
  • Are knowledgeable about EFPIA, ABPI, and local frameworks for transparency, anti-bribery, and data privacy (GDPR).
  • Bring expertise in audit readiness, documentation quality, and process control within regulated environments.
  • Are comfortable working with CRM or contracting systems and have a knack for process improvement initiatives.
  • Thrive in matrixed organizations with diverse partners and enjoy encouraging collaboration.

To be considered you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing consulting agreements in international markets.
  • Expertise in contract template governance and document lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including EFPIA, ABPI, and GDPR.
  • Experience maintaining and updating working process documents like SOPs.
  • A background in audit readiness and process control in regulated environments.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with CRM or contracting systems and a passion for driving process improvements.
