About your team
The Global Platform Solutions (GPS) Investment Solutions Team is responsible for the research, design, development and management of investment products solutions used by our retail and institutional customers.
About your role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to support and lead the strategic evolution of our investment offering across retail and institutional channels.
Key responsibilities in the role will include leading investment-related strategy discussions and the enhancement of our investment offerings as well as preparing material for, and presenting at committee meetings and stakeholder discussions.
The role will includes driving and supporting the development, management and launch of investment products, as well as leading competitor analysis, monitoring regulatory developments and establishing internal networks to identify strategic opportunities and proposition enhancements.
The role also requires collaboration across internal operational, investment and client teams and acting as the customer voice in service design and innovation initiatives.
Stakeholder management is a key focus of the role, and an ability to translate technical investment concepts into simple language for a diverse range of audiences is crucial.
About you
There are a set of essential requirements for the role which include:
· A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
· Working towards a relevant professional qualification (IMC, CFA etc)
· 5+ years experience in investment management, asset management or financial services
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
· Experience creating engaging presentations and written materials
· Knowledge of investment products across retail and institutional markets
