The FP&A Manager will be responsible for partnering with C-suite leadership and their functional leaders in the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, analyzing actual performance and supporting ad hoc analyses. This position will manage a team of 2-4 professionals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and drivers
- Performance Analysis: analyze monthly financial results, perform variance analysis, and identify and provide actionable insights
- Reporting: create detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for C-suite leadership and other their functional leaders to explain performance and recommend actions
- Process Improvement: identify and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and productivity
- Spend Analytics: gather, consolidate and analyze spend to understand the company’s financial performance and identify risks and opportunities

Experience and Professional Qualifications
The FP&A Manager must be a skilled finance manager with a background in FP&A and/or Accounting with people management experience. Ideally, within a global, industrial manufacturing environment. The manager should have over 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience. The manager will ideally have strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and SAP and experience presenting financial data to functional leaders. It is critical that this person be “hands on”.
- 5 to 10 plus years’ financial management experience within a global industrial manufacturing or similar business strongly preferred
- Strong technical skillset with the ability to connect and align financial strategy to the broader business strategy
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proven track record of process improvement and experience with financial systems and process change initiatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead process change cross-functionally
- Highly credible, results-oriented manager who enjoys working in a hands-on, performance-based operating environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Salary Range:
$99,700 - $154,420
The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
