Job Description:
The Manager, Finance Business Productivity and Innovation, plays a pivotal role in leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and business transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Finance Early Talent Programs, you will leverage Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable improvements that simplify and speed up Finance processes.

Leading and executing process improvement initiatives within Finance, focusing on speeding up and simplifying reporting and forecasting processes and operational workflows
Collaborating with Finance and Technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver value-add use cases for automation and process optimization
Developing and managing project plans using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and alignment with strategic priorities
Facilitating stakeholder workshops to analyze current vs. future state processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to enhance operational performance
Applying Lean principles to eliminate redundancies, reduce cycle times, and drive automation
Defining strategy and success metrics for innovation initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Communicating progress, value metrics, and key insights to senior leadership to influence the Finance innovation roadmap.
Working with stakeholders to surface pain points and crowdsource solutions across multiple Finance groups
What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Soft Skills:
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering business transformation using Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting and presentation skills
Experience with digital and data transformation, automation, and process optimization
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and colleague engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Productivity, Process Improvement, or related roles
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, Powerpivot, Macros) required
Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI / PowerApps / PowerAutomate, Alteryx, Hyperion, CoPilot preferred
Project Management certification is an asset
Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset
