Manager, Finance Business Partner

Reports to: SEE DFO

Oveview:
The jobholder will support the cluster Finance Manager and is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning tasks of Romania and Balkan countries, at the bridge between Finance and the Business.

Role

• Ensure that Finance is closely integrated with, and positively supports the business providing managers with the necessary information to maximize revenue, profitability and efficiency;
• Assist the cluster Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly and annual financial tasks / closing;
• Work with the Bucharest office Management team/Serbian cluster team and Croatia team in the development and implementation of short and medium term strategic, tactical plans and provide the financial input required to that process;
• Prepare analysis on business drivers, financial/market trends, revenues, deal incentives, and expenses;
• Manage financial budgets and forecasts covering revenues, contra revenues and marketing, GO&A expenses using Hyperion;
• Prepare reporting and performance information including variance analysis;
• Oversee the basic finance and marketing finance activities;
• Assist account managers in incentive planning/forecasting, development of business case financial models;
• Assure that financial policies and procedures are followed;
• Facilitate internal audit reviews;
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the High Growth Markets and the Europe Finance team.

All About You

• Relevant qualification in business, accounting and/or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years experience;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience / knowledge in working with Oracle
• Highly numerate and analytical, but also able to step back and see the larger strategic picture;
• Good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques;
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
• Results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines;
• Solutions oriented
• Able to work in a multi-cultural work environment
