The Manager of Facility and Engineering Services performs many diverse duties including managing Life Safety and Environment of Care. Manage a team of 11+ employees. Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in an operative and safe working condition. The leader is accountable for maintaining an effective department, for administering labor and material controls, for training maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices. Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as the technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations. An individual who has experience in facility service maintenance in a hospital is highly preferred. High School Diploma is required, along with four years of facility maintenance management. Supervisory skills are highly preferred. Candidate must have a Driver's License - Certification - Other/National
